Overview
Race Day Flow ("Race Day Flow," "we," "us," or "our") is a service of Bay 3 LLC that sends race-night staging and call-up text alerts to drivers, crew, and other registered contacts at participating race tracks. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you register for a track's race night, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information We Collect
When you register through a participating track's Race Day Flow page, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, car number and class, and, if you're a minor, the name and phone number of your parent or guardian. You may also name one additional recipient (a "Support +1," such as a spouse or crew chief) to receive your car's calls alongside you. We do not collect payment information, and we do not collect any information about you unless you register.
Text Message (SMS) Consent
By registering and checking the consent box on a track's Race Day Flow page, you agree to receive text messages from Race Day Flow related to that race night — staging calls, schedule updates, and similar race-night alerts. This is a one-way operational alert service, not a marketing program. Message frequency varies with the race night's schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of entering the race. Text STOP to a Race Day Flow number at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent status with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Minors
Race Day Flow never sends text messages directly to a minor. If a registered driver or crew member is under 18, all calls for that entry go to the parent or guardian on file instead. A parent or guardian who registers a minor is responsible for keeping their own contact information current.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: match you to the correct race night and class, send you the staging and schedule alerts for the nights you've registered for, route a minor's alerts to their guardian, and let you carry your registration forward to future nights at the same or other participating tracks without re-entering everything.
Consent Is Scoped Per Track
You only receive texts for race nights you've actually registered for. Registering at one track does not sign you up for alerts at another track. Consent is also time-limited — if you haven't registered at a track in over a year, we'll ask you to re-confirm before sending further alerts.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Data Retention
We keep your registration information so returning drivers don't have to re-enter it every night. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting info@racedayflow.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Race Day Flow adds features. Changes are posted here with an updated effective date.
