Overview
These Terms govern your use of Race Day Flow, a service of Bay 3 LLC that sends race-night staging and call-up alerts to registered drivers, crew, and guardians at participating race tracks. By registering for a race night through Race Day Flow, you agree to these Terms.
What Race Day Flow Is
Race Day Flow is a one-way text alert service used by race tracks to call classes to staging and share race-night updates. It is a convenience tool, not the track's official communication system. The starter, flag officials, and public address announcer remain the authoritative source of on-track direction at all times.
Your Responsibility as a Registrant
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration, including your phone number and, if applicable, your guardian's contact information. Race Day Flow is not a substitute for paying attention at the track — carrier delays, dead zones, and phone settings can all delay or block a text, and you remain responsible for being ready and in staging on time regardless of whether an alert arrives.
Consent to Contact
By registering, you consent to receive text messages from Race Day Flow for the race night(s) you've entered, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of entering the race. Text STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Minors
Race Day Flow does not send text messages to minors. A parent or guardian registering a minor driver or crew member is agreeing to these Terms on that minor's behalf and will receive that entry's alerts.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use false information at registration, register someone else without their (or, for a minor, their guardian's) knowledge, or attempt to disrupt the service.
No Liability for Missed or Delayed Alerts
Race Day Flow is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed staging calls, delayed messages, or any consequence of a text not being received, including due to carrier issues, connectivity at the track, or device settings. Following the track's official flag and staging procedures remains your responsibility.
Revisions to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Race Day Flow adds features. Updated Terms are effective upon posting. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
